Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within one business. In-stock items ship within two business days via the FedEx service selected by the purchaser during ordering.

Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped “Adult signature required.” To waive this requirement, Contact Us within 24-hours of submitting your order clearly indicating your order number and desire to waive the signature requirement; Unichip Wholesale can not waive the signature requirement without a confirmatory e-mail.  If you choose to waive the signature requirement, responsibility and liability for delivery of the ordered items passes to the courier and delivery failure or damage claims are between the purchaser and courier.

Due to Google Checkout credit card authorization requirements, orders for out of stock items will not be processed and an e-mail sent stating that Unichip Wholesale requires additional information before proceeding.  Under these circumstances, you can choose to have Unichip Wholesale charge your credit card and process the order or to cancel the order.

Ground Shipments are typically shipped via FedEx from our supplier in Hillsboro. Shipping days are business days from when we ship your order, and do not include weekend or holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial and Independence Day. Please add 1 – 2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process, package and ship it.
